 Shipping & Handling

Postage costs will be automatically added to orders at checkout.

Charges are:-

£ 1-50 per Sleeping bag to UK addresses

£ 3-00 per sleeping bag for EU residents

£ 6-00 per sleeping bag to Rest of the World

We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours by First Class Royal Mail or Small Packet Airmail.
Please allow 5 / 7 days delivery within UK or 10 / 12 days for overseas orders.

Overseas orders

All our products are tested and labeled according to UK requirements. Regulations, languages and standards required may vary in each Country. When buying goods over the internet you should check whether a safety standard applies and whether the goods meet that standard and if goods are labeled in your language according to regulations in your Country.

Goods delivered outside of the UK and EU may be subject, according to value, to import duties and taxes which might be levied by the importing authorities at the time of delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer. An invoice in UK pounds sterling will be enclosed with every order.

 Returns Policy

As you are buying by Mail Order you have the right to 'change your mind' within 7 days of purchase date. If so, we should be advised immediately and the goods should be returned to our sales office address in the original packaging within 20 days.

Where goods prove to be faulty due to workmanship or materials, we will replace with the same or similar style, or refund in total which includes return postage costs.
