Our sleeping bags with feet are generously sized. We, therefore, don’t recommend purchasing a bigger size than is needed.

We are enthusiastic about the quality of our products, but if for some reason they aren't quite right, you can return them to us by 28 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty, or we have made a mistake with the embroidery.
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to contact us for more information. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover all postage costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK please send the item you want to return to the above address and include the return form which is on the back of your packing list with your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund return costs.
Of course, if we have made a mistake in your order, or you received a faulty item, we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge and you won't have to pay for the return costs.
Should the returned item/s not meet our return Terms and Conditions as set out in the Returns information (not used/worn/washed and must be in original packaging), the company has the right to NOT refund the cost of the item/s and will charge postage for the return of the item to the customer.

If one or more items in your order are on pre-order, the order will not be dispatched until all pre-order items are in stock. We are not able to send part shipments.
Please note, that due to current high demand, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Our teams are working hard to get your order ready, and our couriers are working equally hard to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. We want to reassure all customers that our courier has put in place a number of robust measures so that you can continue to receive your orders.
In light of the current situation our courier is making some changes to the way you receive parcels, offering 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep.
They have issued the following statement:
- Please specify a safe place for delivery then our courier will leave it there. If you visit the tracking section and choose ‘divert’ you can select a safe place.
- If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email.
- If there is no safe place available, please be assured that our courier will attempt delivery 3 times.
All our products are tested and labeled according to UK requirements. Regulations, languages and standards required may vary in each country. When buying goods over the internet you should check whether a safety standard applies and whether the goods meet that standard and if goods are labeled in your language according to regulations in your country.
Goods delivered outside of the UK and EU may be subject, according to value, to import duties and taxes which might be levied by the importing authorities at the time of delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer. An invoice in UK pounds sterling will be enclosed with every order.
