What are the advantages of an Adult sleeping bag with feet?

If you often toss and turn at night while dreaming, you may lose your duvet or blanket and get cold. Whilst this is not serious for an adult as you can regulate your temperature (unlike babies), it can feel uncomfortable the next morning. With an adult sleeping bag with feet, you can wear it and be well wrapped up all through the night and not get cold. Which adult sleeping bag with feet do I need?

Which sleeping bag is suitable for you depends on the room temperature. You can choose a thicker lined sleeping bag or a lighter breathable model depending on what time of year it is and the temperature.

Our 1.0 Tog sleeping bags are lightly lined and are therefore suitable for temperatures of 18 - 24 degrees and are ideal for Spring or Autumn. Even in the Summer, you sleep best in a lightly lined, brethable sleeping bag. This means that it can also be taken and used on camping holidays. 

Our 2.5 Tog baby sleeping bags are padded and therefore best suited for room temperatures of 15 - 21 degrees, but can also be used all year round. If you get too warm, you can simply remove the sleeves as we have designs available with detachable arms. To keep your feet warm at night, some of our sleeping bag designs have foot covers that can be folded down.

• Small (S): length 160 cm, chest circumference 81 to 90 cm (recommended for 155-164cm height)
• Medium (M): length 170 cm, chest circumference 91-98 cm (recommended for 165-174cm height)
• Large (L): length 180 cm, chest circumference 99 to 107 cm (recommended for 175-185cm height)

The outer material and inner lining are made of 100% natural jersey cotton and the filling is made of breathable polyester fleece. They are tested according to Öko-Tex Standard 100 and are therefore free of harmful substances.
