On orders over £40:

Free Standard Shipping 2-4 working days delivery time

On orders from £19.99 to £39.99:

£3.95  : 2-4 working days delivery time

On orders under £19.99

£4.95 : 2-4 working days delivery time

PRE-ORDERS
If one or more items in your order are on pre-order, the order will not be dispatched until all pre-order items are in stock. We are not able to send part shipments.


Coronavirus Update

Please note, that due to current high demand, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Our teams are working hard to get your order ready, and our couriers are working equally hard to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email so you can track its progress. Thank you for your co-operation, understanding and patience during these uncertain times.

We want to reassure all customers that our courier has put in place a number of robust measures so that you can continue to receive your orders.

In light of the current situation our courier is making some changes to the way you receive parcels, offering 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep.

They have issued the following statement:

For all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where we need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we'll then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

If you're unable to come to the door at all we'll leave a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of ot Full information on acceptable forms of ID can be found here.

Alternatively, if somebody who is able to come to the door is likely to be home at a later date, you can us to redeliver your item then. We’ll endeavour to deliver it on the day of your choosing though this may not be possible due to reduced resource as a result of coronavirus. We’ll get your item back out to you as close to your chosen date as possible.

For example, a friend or family member may be able to collect your parcel from our local Customer Service Point. They'll need to bring along the card we left you and relevant ID.
