At Slumbersac, we believe that every baby deserves a safe and cosy night’s sleep – no matter where they are in the world. That’s why we recently donated five pallets of our baby sleeping bags to families in Moldova, Europe’s poorest country, located between Ukraine and Romania.
Many of the families supported live in Transnistria, an isolated region where poverty is widespread and daily life remains marked by hardship. Employment is scarce, especially for those living with disabilities, and parents often struggle to keep their children warm through the night.
Thanks to our ongoing partnership with ChildAid, our sleeping bags have reached mothers and babies in urgent need – offering warmth, comfort, and security where it's needed most. We were deeply moved to receive these words from Martin Wilcox, Director of ChildAid:
