Our sleeping bags for children follow the UK TOG rating system to help you pick the correct one for the season and room temperature:

➤ 0.5 TOG – Lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot summer nights (room temp over 24°C)

➤ 1.0 TOG – Lightly padded for spring and autumn or room temps between 18–24°C

➤ 2.5 TOG – Padded and versatile, ideal for year-round use (15–21°C)

➤ 3.5 TOG – Heavily padded for cold winters or room temps below 18°C
