Dress your baby appropriately:
Choosing the right clothing for your baby is essential in hot weather. Opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics, such as cotton, that allow air circulation and help your baby stay cool. Try to also dress your baby in loose-fitting clothes.

Maintain proper hydration:
Dehydration can disrupt your baby's sleep and make them feel uncomfortable in hot weather. Ensure your baby is adequately hydrated by offering frequent feeds or water, depending on their age and feeding habits. Breastfeeding mums should continue to breastfeed on demand to keep their baby hydrated.

Time outdoor activities wisely:
If you plan to take your baby outside during hot weather, choose the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or late evening, when the sun's intensity is lower.
